- You support in the preparation and follow-up of meetings, as well as the organization of internal events.
- You independently take on classic assistant tasks and office management.
- You are the contact person for employees for all organizational issues.
- You support in the onboarding and offboarding of our colleagues and create presentations independently.
- You support in research for the different departments and support in the creation of different presentations.

**Your profile**
- Most important, you are a self-starter, take initiatives and work independently.
- You are enrolled as a student in a business administration program.
- Ideally, you have gained initial practical experience in office management or a comparable position.
- You have good MS Office skills (Outlook and PowerPoint,..).
- You are characterized by high motivation and willingness to perform.
- You are a team player and have organizational talent.
- You enjoy working in a diverse team and communication in German and English is very easy for you.
