- und Zollrecht sowie im internationalen Handelsrecht sicher
- Dabei führen und leiten Sie das abteilungsübergreifende Legal Expert Team "International Issues of Customs & Foreign Trade Law" und koordinieren die Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Jurist*innen
- Außerdem überwachen Sie die Einhaltung und Durchführung komplexer Ausfuhrgenehmigungen nach deutschen, EU- und internationalen Rechtssystemen, einschließlich der US-Exportkontrollvorschriften.
- Betreuung und Koordination juristischer Verfahren im Bereich des internationalen Handelsrechts (Anti-Dumping, Anti-Subventionsverfahren)
- Sie begleiten und beraten die operativen Einheiten bei Due Diligence, M&A-Projekten und der Risikoeinschätzung globaler Handelsvorschriften
- Zudem vertreten Sie das Unternehmen gegenüber internationalen Behörden und Organisationen und führen Rechtsmittelverfahren sowie interne Ermittlungen bei Verdachtsmomenten zu Verstößen gegen das Außenwirtschaftsrecht durch
- Sie entwickeln und erstellen interne Richtlinien, Standards und Schulungsunterlagen zur Sicherstellung rechtskonformen Handelns und Einhaltung der Handelsvorschriften weltweit und führen eigenverantwortlich Schulungen durch- Anforderungen-
- Sie haben Ihr 1. und 2. Staatsexamen erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- Sie bringen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem internationalen Unternehmen oder einer international tätigen Anwaltskanzlei mit und haben idealerweise erste Erfahrungen in der fachlichen Führung von Teams
- Das Außenwirtschafts
- und Zollrecht sowie das internationale Handelsrecht beherrschen Sie sicher
- Sie bringen verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse mit
- Sie haben ein großes Interesse an unterschiedlichen rechtlichen Themengebieten und die Bereitschaft, sich auch in spezielle Fragestellungen einzuarbeiten
- Es ist Ihnen wichtig, in einem Team zu arbeiten sowie aktiv bestehende - auch nicht-juristische - Prozesse und Abläufe weiterzuentwickeln und effizienter zu gestalten
- Sie zeichnen sich durch hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und eine ausgeprägte Beratungskompetenz aus
- Sie arbeiten genau und achten in Ihrer täglichen Arbeit auch auf die kleinen Details und behalten auch in herausfordernden Situationen den Blick für das Wesentliche Your Application
