For our company **TES Sustainable Battery Solutions GmbH, Germany** with **headquarter in Recklinghausen**, we are looking for your support as a team member **Battery Service Delivery Specialist (M/F/d)** as soon as possible.

As a professionally experienced and committed employee, you will support the internationally working team from our experienced and committed employee, you will support the international working team from our **German office**:

- You like to be the first point of contact for our national and international customers, enjoy advising and supporting customers by phone and in writing, and manage your active day-to-day business with conviction and confidence.
- You are the interface between the sales team, the operational battery recycling service and the integrated logistics partners and understand how operate.
- Customer support and advice as well as the monitoring of internal and external operational services within our service portfolio is part of your responsibility, which you carry out with commitment and passion.
- You routinely prepare calculations, offers, correspondence and presentations and take over interface control as well as the further development and optimisation of our service processes because you are the steadfast backbone and the calming pole.

**Your Tasks**:

- Competent and service-oriented order management, from entry to invoicing
- Multi-cultural work and communicating with customers, service providers
- Europe-wide planning and coordination of transports and small projects
- Purchasing and controlling of internal and external services with responsibility for performance and costs
- Monitoring of defined quality criteria of the transport business and service agreements
- Selection and commissioning of contractors and cooperation partners
- Managing the service activities under consideration of the waste and hazardous goods law, especially for batteries
- Identification of possible gaps and irregularities and proposing preventive and corrective actions to team lead
- Developing, building and improving processes and systems to cater efficiently for changing requirements externally and internally

**Your Profile**:

- You have successfully completed a professional training as logistics services specialist or other commercial vocational training and can demonstrate relevant

experience in logistics planning and/or int. customer project management
- Hands-On mentality with motivation to develop, implement and do things in a developing and growing business and team
- Experience with the handling, transport and treatment of end-of-life batteries is

an advantage but not required
- Service-oriented thinking combined with independence, flexibility and customer orientation
- Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, in at least German and English; preferable in additional languages (particularly French or Spanish)
- We expect you to be proficient in the use of standard MS Office programmes and

IT systems
- You appreciate working in a team and demonstrate commitment, an engaging manner, the ability to deal with conflict, resilience and assertiveness
