Project Accountant

Project business is the heart of our company and regarding financials you as a project accountant provide guidance and support for our commercial project community. You are responsible for the financial statements being our interface to the business. There are many opportunities to widen your horizon by supporting the introduction of a new ERP landscapes or becoming a trusted business partner.

Project Accounting is more than numbers, it is being part of successfully driving projects. Together with a dedicated team, where everybody cares for each other and is eager to learn, you will both, have fun and make an impact.

**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- Responsibility for the periodic financial statements relating to project business within Siemens Energy in line with IFRS and local GAAP
- Act as a reliable business partner for all project related inquiries and contact person for auditors and tax authorities
- Evaluate and assess new orders and contract constellations from an accounting perspective
- Support the management in decision making and evaluating complex business transactions
- Support the development and introduction of a new ERP landscape in your area of responsibility with focus on accounting matters in project business

**What You Bring**
- Desire and motivation to work in an evolving and dedicated team
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or related field
- Ideally first experience in the field of General Ledger Accounting
- Work experience of SAP advantageous for this role
- IFRS and local GAAP accounting knowledge
- Full business proficiency in German and English
