Become part of our team immediately on a part-time basis (20h/week) in our location at **Hamburg **or **remote** as a** **Werkstudent Performance Marketing International (M/F/d).**

**Your tasks**:

- Assist the performance marketing team with basic daily tasks including data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with the CRO team to support website optimization efforts by conducting research, analyzing user behavior data, and suggesting improvements.
- Work closely with the SEO team to conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and content optimization to improve organic search rankings.
- Support the team in ad-hoc projects, such as A/B testing, user surveys, and customer segmentation analysis.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing best practices.

**Your profile**:

- Currently enrolled as a student in a relevant field (e.g. marketing, business administration, communications).
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and techniques, including performance marketing, CRO, and SEO, and willingness to learn.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data to draw meaningful insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting purposes.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Very good written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team.
- Prior experience or coursework in digital marketing is a plus.
