- Organizational and administrative assistance to the Head of Internal Audit
- Administrative support to the audit team
- Organization and preparation of meetings and events, travel management
- Preparation of the reporting to the Executive Board and Audit Committee
- Support on cost center forecasting and analysis of cost center reports
- Conduct marketing initiatives for the audit department
- Annual participation in on-site audits
- A start-up mentality is required to support an extremely dynamic worldwide Internal Audit team that is multilingual and multicultural

**Your Profile**:

- Academic degree in economics, completed degree in English is welcomed, completed vocational training or comparable qualification
- Several years of work experience in project work and office management
- Good understanding of business processes
- Multimedia talent - advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with AP Style
- Very good English language skills (written and spoken)
- Proven ability to work through complex documents in a timely manner
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Willingness to support a very dynamic multi-cultural, multi-lingual, and international team
