**Your daily tasks**:

- Manage technology and process development projects for Biotransformation and liquid or solid fermentation.
- Design, develop and industrialize processes and new technologies of the future beyond state-of-the-art to achieve sustainable performance embracing digital.
- Give support to our factories around the globe to improve processes and performance while ensuring safety and quality.
- Optimize existing processes to deliver process excellence and support renovations in alignment with the business.
- Drive and co-create competencies building across the network by providing functional expertise and trainings.

**What makes you successfull**:

- You have a Master Degree in Bioengineering or Chemical Engineering.
- You can provide a track record of a minimum of 3 to 5 years of work experience in operations, preferably in the FMCC industry or at a processing equipment supplier.
- You have supplier management experience and good understanding of TPM and Lean practices and tools.
- You are curious and eager to develop and improve processes.
- You have excellent communication skills.
- You are proficient in English.
