In dieser abwechslungsreichen Position leiten Sie im Frontend Regensburg strategische Projekte und Programme, dabei bilden Sie die Schnittstelle zu den verschiedenen Organisationen. Sie sind für die Ausarbeitung und das Treiben von Ramp-Up-, Produktivitäts
- sowie MES-Projekten zuständig. Mit Ihrer Expertise erweitern Sie zudem die Projekt Management Kompetenzen im Frontend Regensburg. Sie kommunizieren erfolgreich mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern, schauen gerne über den Tellerrand und möchten sowohl Projekte als auch Programme cross-functional und standortübergreifend steuern? Zu Ihren neuen Aufgaben gehören u.a.:

- **Leitung von Projekten, Taskforce
- und Fokusteams **in der Frontend-Fertigung Regensburg
- **Zusammenarbeit **mit **diversen Stakeholdern **aus **unterschiedlichen Bereichen und Hierarchien **(Technologie, Produktion, Qualitätsmanagement, Planung und Entwicklung)
- **Eigenständige Planung, Ausführung, Kontrolle und Steuerung **von Projekten gemäß PRIMA/IPMA Framework der Kategorien „Mission and Expedition“
- **Steuerung des Projektportfolios **am Standort
- Überwachung des **Frontend-Projekt
- & Ressourcen-Pipeline-Zyklus **sowie von **geschäftskritischen Standortprojekten**:

- **Sicherstellung der Zielerreichung **und Übergabe an die Linienfunktion
- **Weiterentwicklung, Unterstützung **sowie **Stärkung der Projekt Management Kompetenzen**:

- **Aufbau, Steuerung **und **Pflege **der **lokalen PJM-Community **sowie erste Anlaufstelle für PJOs, PJMs und PPFMs

Sie erfüllen erfolgreich die Voraussetzungen, wenn Sie:

- Ein **technisches oder naturwissenschaftliches Hochschulstudium **in den Bereichen Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen **( **Diplom / Master / Promotion) **erfolgreich abgeschlossen haben
- **Mindestens 5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung **im Bereich Halbleiterfertigung mitbringen und mindestens **2 Jahre Erfahrung **in der **Leitung von Projekten **gesammelt haben
- **Nachgewiesene Erfolge **unter **Verwendung von Wasserfall
- oder agilen Methoden **(Scrum/Kanban) im Projektmanagement erzielen konnten
- Sehr gute **analytische Fähigkeiten **besitzen
- **Project Management Details **als muss, IPMA Level C Zertifizierung wünscheswert
- **Gute Kenntnisse **über **Datenbanken **und **Datenvisualisierung (KLUSA, Confluence, Jira, MS Project, **Tableau) **mitbringen
- Ein **hohes Maß an interkultureller Kompetenz **besitzen
- **Sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch kommunizieren und präsentieren**
