As the Brand Manager intern, joining the Global Brand & Media team, you will participate in the definition and execution of the Brand strategy across our 4 European markets: France, Italy, Spain, and Germany. Your mission will be to support the team to drive Qonto’s awareness and create a real love brand that is distinctive, recognizable, and coherent across all markets, yet relevant to each target audience.
You will work under the supervision of Paula Righetti our Head of Brand and collaborate with many internal stakeholders: PR&Comms, Social, Content, Design, Local Marketing Teams to ensure transversal coordination between them in order to carry out your missions.
**As a Brand Intern at Qonto, you will**
- Help maintain brand consistency in creative development for consumer-facing channels
- Assist brand manager with orchestrating project timelines and creative efforts across outside agencies, internal designers, and stakeholders
- Communicate and help facilitate offsite/team events
- Complete administrative tasks as assigned to include presentation generation, Notion Page organization, Kansan, etc
- Partner collaboratively with local and global stakeholders to collect insights, feedback, briefs

**About your future manager**
- **Their path**: Paula has more than 14 years of experience supporting companies of all sizes from Latin America, the US, Canada, and Europe to build their brands, develop new products, increase sales and awareness, implement new brands in foreign markets, and unlock brand strategies for rebranding, and go-to-market campaigns.
- **What does she bring to the team?**: Passion for creativity, innovation, brand building and supporting personal and professional development of her team. Paula values open-minded people with critical thinking, accountability, and team members that know that learning is a journey that never ends. She expects that together, you can exchange perspectives on problem-solving, and have some fun while working.
**About You**
- **Experience**: You have prior experience as an intern or apprentice in Marketing / Branding / Communication and you have a strong interest in Fintech products. Experience in another fintech or tech company is a big plus.
- **Academic Background**: you’re finishing your Master's degree in Marketing / Communication / Media and want to put all your knowledge into practice.
- **Project management & rigor**: you have excellent organization and planning skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- **Languages**: You speak English fluently, additional languages (e.g. French, German, Italian, or Spanish) would be a distinct advantage.
