der Übernahme, Planung, Durchführung und Auswertung von komplexen Analysen im Labor
- und Technikumsmaßstab (z.B. analytische, physikalische und mikrobiologische Tests an Filtern) im Rahmen von Qualitätskontrolluntersuchungen
- die Plausibilitätsprüfung der ermittleten Ergebnisse inklusive Fehleranalyse und Erstellung detailierter Berichte unter Berücksichtigung der Aufgabenstellung
- Testanlagen und Testgeräte kalibrieren, Instandhalten, Warten, sowie Bedarfe definieren
- Untersuchungen innerhalb von Reklamationen inklusive Ergebnisdokumentation
- Entwicklung und Qualifizierung neuer Methoden zur Ablösung von bestehenden Freigabemethoden sowie Untersuchungen zur Produktionsunterstützung im Rahmen der Qualifizierung von Maschinen nach Umzug, Modernisierung oder Neuanschaffung
- Erstellung von Gefährdungsanalysen, Betriebsanweisungen, Arbeitsanweiungen, Formblätter für den Laborbetrieb
- Sie haben entweder eine abgeschlossene naturwissenschaftliche Ausbildung (z.B. als Chemielaborant/techniker, Biologielaborant/techniker, Physiklaborant/techniker, CTA, BTA, PTA) oder BSc/ BEng im mikrobiologischen, physikalischen, chemischen Bereich oder eine höherwertige vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Sie verfügen über 2 -3 Jahre Berufserfahrung idealerweise innerhalb der Qualitätskontrolle
- Erfahrung mit mikrobiologischen Arbeiten mit Testorganismen der Risikogruppe 2
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit kinetischen Assays
- Sie haben Erfahrung mit Arbeiten im Labor
- und Technikumsmaßstab, Basiswissen in Steuer
- und Regeltechnik sind ein Plus
