**Das sind Deine Aufgaben**
- Du unterstützt die Konzeption und Umsetzung von modernen Personalentwicklungsmaßnahmen und bringst Deine Ideen und Kenntnisse von Markttrends mit ein
- Du begleitest die Strategieentwicklung und Strategieumsetzung einer modernen Personalentwicklungs-Kultur
- Du unterstützt bei der Planung, Durchführung und Aufbereitung von Workshops und Events insbesondere im Talent Management
- Du arbeitest im Rahmen der Umsetzung von Initiativen und Maßnahmen zusammen mit relevanten Stakeholdern
**Das bringst Du mit**
- Du bist eingeschriebener Student (w/m/d) der Psychologie, Wirtschaftspsychologie, UX Design oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit relevantem Schwerpunkt oder einer vergleichbaren Richtung
- Du hast Interesse an Personalentwicklung, Talent Management, betrieblicher Weiterbildung, Kulturentwicklung und konntest idealerweise bereits Erfahrungen in diesen Bereichen sammeln
- Du bist interessiert an der Energiewirtschaft, Digitalisierung und Innovation
- Du bringst ein hohes Maß an Unternehmerischem Denken, Kundenorientierung, analytischen Fähigkeiten, Eigeninitiative und Selbstständigkeit mit
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS-Office Produkten, insbesondere Excel, PowerPoint und Word
- Du bist zeitlich flexibel und bringst eine hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Teamfähigkeit mit
- Du beherrschst die deutsche Sprache fließend und hast sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
