Wir, die **Worklane GmbH**, sind auf der Suche nach einem talentierten **Sales Development Representative SDR (m/w/d)**, der im Outbound Sales neue Kunden durch Kalt-Akquise vorqualifiziert bzw. generiert und ihnen unsere erstklassigen Produkte und Dienstleistungen vorzustellen.Wir sind ein junges Startup im Bereich HR-Dienstleistungen. Unsere Expertise liegt in der Beratung und dem Verkauf von Produkten und Dienstleistungen zur Personalbeschaffung, wie Stellenanzeigen, Employer Branding und Social Media. **Was erwartet dich?**
- Du identifizierst proaktiv potenzielle Kunden über verschiedene Kanäle wie Telefonanrufe, E-Mail-Kampagnen und soziale Medien.
- Du qualifizierst Leads durch effektive Kommunikation und Bedarfsermittlung, um ihr Interesse an unseren Produkten und Dienstleistungen zu wecken.
- Du baust Kundenbeziehungen auf und pflegst sie, indem du regelmäßige Follow-ups und kontinuierliche Kommunikation sicherstellst.
- Du präsentierst unsere Lösungen und Vorteile potenziellen Kunden in überzeugenden Präsentationen und Verkaufsgesprächen.
- Du arbeitest mit unserem Vertriebsteam zusammen, um Verkaufschancen zu identifizieren und zu entwickeln.
- Du nimmst aktiv an Vertriebsmeetings und -trainings teil, um dein Verständnis für unsere Produkte und den Verkaufsprozess zu verbessern.
- Du berichtest regelmäßig über deine Aktivitäten, Fortschritte und Ergebnisse.
**Was solltest du mitbringen?**
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du bringst Erfahrung im Vertrieb oder in der Kundenbetreuung mit, vorzugsweise im B2B-Bereich.
- Deine kommunikativen Fähigkeiten und Überzeugungskraft sind ausgeprägt.
- Du bist begeisterungsfähig und kannst Kundenbedürfnisse erkennen und passende Lösungen anbieten.
- Du bist selbstmotiviert (Hungrig etwas zu schaffen) und eigeninitiativ, um individuelle und teambezogene Ziele zu erreichen.
- Gute Kenntnisse mit Google-Suite und CRM-Systemen (HubSpot) sind von Vorteil.
