What you’ll do:
Key Responsibilities

For all Northland entities that take part in Project Cost Billing and on that behalf track time of employees and charge this based on Service Level Agreements between Northland entities:

- Responsible for overseeing the complete Project Cost Billing process
- For the different projects within PCB, act as central point of contact and link between HR, Legal and Finance:

- Work closely with Legal to ensure SLAs are in place before work is performed and to fulfill all requirements (regular reviews etc)
- Work closely with Project Managers and HR on resource planning
- Ensure the correct employees are assigned to the projects as part of Project Cost Billing working closely with the project administrator
- Improve the process around resource planning. Align with stakeholders to set up a global central database.
- Be part of improving the use of Workday (Northland’s Enterprise Resource system) for recharges.
- Improve processes around time recording locally and globally. Identify and (re)-investigate the requirements for time writing and investigate the need for another tool besides Workday.
- Act as the point of contact for internal project managers and corporate departments for any queries
- Work closely with the PCB billing coordinator to ensure correct invoicing

Qualifications and experience
- Work experience: 2+ years of professional experience in Controlling, Financial Planning & analysis, Financial or Management Consulting, or other Finance-related fields.
- Structured and careful style of work with the eye for detail
- Good knowledge of MS Office (mainly Excel) and ERP / Accounting systems (ideally Workday)
- Open-minded for further training and expansion of the tasks
- Very good knowledge of English and German
