**Responsibilities**:
- You are responsible for the preparation of payroll accounting for our external service provider as well as payroll auditing and follow-up activities- You continously support the entry, maintenance, checking and correction of master and variable data in Workday and LOGA as well as ensuring data quality- You prepare employment contracts, employment references and all personnel-related documents- You completely handle all administrative and organisational aspects of HR work (the entire employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding)- You support and advice line managers and employees regarding all HR issues- You participate in the further development and optimization of HR processes and their digitalisation to ensure structured and efficient HR processes

Qualifications:
- You have completed a commercial training or further training, e.g. IHK personnel specialist desirable- You have gained 3-5 years of professional experience in human resources- You offer a good user knowledge of time recording and payroll systems (ideally P&I Loga 3 and Workday) and confident handling of MS Office (especially very good knowledge of Excel)- You also own knowledge of labour, tax and social security law- Good communication, interpersonal skills and organisational talent with good prioritisation skills are characterizing you- High degree of flexibility and results-orientated thinking and acting round up your profile- You are able to communicate business fluent in German and fluent in English
