We're looking for a motivated and driven **Global Finance Transformation Intern (M/F/d)** who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.

**Your Tasks - Paint the world green**:

- You are part of the Global Finance Transformation team, responsible for automation and digitalization projects in the Finance department
- You analyze financial processes and elaborate recommendations to optimize our Accounting, Controlling, and Finance operations
- You participate in cross-departmental finance projects supporting our team on topics related to process automation, workflow optimization, centralization, data analytics, and others related to Corporate Finance, i.e. Treasury, ERP, Tax, etc.
- You drive process improvements based on analysis of "big" transactional data and measure subsequent performance of the processes after improvement is implemented.
- As a member of the Global Finance Transformation team, you regularly communicate with people from other Flix entities around the globe, cooperate on different processes and support them in solving their issues
- You help to develop best-practices around our Finance processes and report directly to the Head of department

**Your Profile - Ready to hop on board**:

- Excellent Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top university in Finance, Business or related field of study
- Relevant work experience (full-time or internships) in consulting, business development or the (corporate) finance team of a start-up/dynamic company
- Strong analytical skills, financial modelling experience and the ability to use data to back up assumptions
- Strong technical skills in productivity tools (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint) are a must
- First experience with ERP systems / data management / visualization tools (e.g. PowerBI) and/or programming skills (e.g. Python, VBA, etc.), is a plus
- Distinct analytical mindset and high affinity with numbers is crucial
- You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with dynamically changing tasks and priorities
- You love working with people and will enjoy interacting with and managing the priorities of a large number of stakeholders
- Fluent in English - German, as well as any other European language is a plus
