**Commercial/Contracts Officer (d/f/m)**

Du arbeitest an hochmodernen Projekten und bietest branchenführende Dienstleistungen und Lösungen für den Entwurf, die Entwicklung und den Betrieb großer Raumfahrtsysteme und die Bereitstellung weltraumgestützter Dienste für kommerzielle und staatliche Kunden an.

Dieses Team unterstützt die Business Line Space Systems von Airbus Defence and Space. Die Hauptaufgabe besteht in der vertraglichen Unterstützung der Beschaffungsabteilung.

**Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten**
- Entwurf, Unterstützung bei der Verhandlung sowie Verwaltung von Standardverträgen
- Mitarbeit bei der Verhandlung der Hauptverträge/-vereinbarungen unter Berücksichtigung der Chancen und Risiken für Airbus
- Mitwirkung bei der Durchführung der Vertragsprüfung und Unterstützung der Einkaufsabteilung beim Vertragsmanagement
- Unterstützung bei der Beratung und rechtlichen Verhandlungsführung
- Mitwirkung bei der Sicherstellung der Einhaltung entsprechender Vertragsprüfungsverfahren vor der Vertragsunterzeichnung
- Mitarbeit am Aufbau und an der Aktualisierung der Vertragsdatenbank für alle Beschaffungsverträge in ihrem Tätigkeitsbereich
- Mitwirkung bei der Sicherstellung des Flowdowns der Kundenverträge und Umsetzung der daraus resultierenden vertraglichen und kommerziellen Strategien in allen Dokumenten des Liefervertrags
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Rechtsabteilung sowie Finanzen, Versicherung, Zoll, Steuern
- Zuarbeit an das Commodity-Management bei der Erstellung von Ausschreibungen und Bereitstellung des Vertragsentwurfs
- Bewertung der Lieferantenangebote in Bezug auf vertragliche und kommerzielle Aspekte
- Erstellung des Contract-Close-Out-Berichts und Bewertung der Liquidated Damages (LDs)
- Zusammenarbeit mit der Exportkontrollabteilung
- Vertragliche Unterstützung des Supplier Evaluation and Development (SED) Prozesses im Bedarfsfall
- Mitwirkung bei der Neuentwicklung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Procurement Academy Trainings; Coaching und Training-on-the-Job

**Erforderliche Kenntnisse und Qualifikationen**
- Juristische Qualifikation (oder vergleichbar) mit guten Kenntnissen im Vertragsrecht sowie kaufmännischen Kenntnissen, einem technischen Grundverständnis und Erfahrung im Programm
- und Zuliefermanagement im internationalen Kontext
- Erste Erfahrung in der Ausarbeitung von Vertragsentwürfen und in der Verhandlung von Beschaffungsverträgen
- Fähigkeit zur Verhandlung mit Lieferanten und/oder Kunden sowohl im institutionellen als auch kommerziellen Bereich wünschenswert
- Erste Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in beschaffungsrelevanten Themen wünschenswert
- Teamfähigkeit und eine unternehmerische Herangehensweise
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
