- Providing technical leadership for the migration from Cisco to Microsoft Teams telephony and video conferencing system, including planning, implementation, and testing
- Designing and implementing Microsoft Teams Rooms across the organization to replace Cisco Webex Rooms

- Developing and maintaining detailed documentation for all telephony systems and configurations
- Providing technical expertise and guidance to the rest of the team on telephony and conferencing systems and best practices
- Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in telephony and video conferencing technology and making recommendations for improvements
**Your Profile**:
- Several years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on telephony and video conferencing systems
- Strong experience in system architecture and technical leadership
- Strong understanding of Cisco and Microsoft Teams telephony and video conferencing systems, including VoIP and SIP protocols
- Expertise with different Microsoft Telephony options (such as Calling Plans, Operator Connect and DirectRouting)
- Experience with AudioCodes SBCs and Cisco CUBE is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, German is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Dynamic personality with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well in a team environment

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Microsoft Teams Architect (M/F/d) with a strong background in voice and SIP technologies, as well as previous experience in Cisco to Microsoft Teams telephony migrations and MTR to join our Workplace Communication Team. You will be responsible for leading the migration from our current Cisco telephony and conferencing systems to Microsoft Teams. Therefore you should have technical expertise and the ability to provide mentorship to the rest of the team.
