Arbeiten in der Münchner Suppenküche heißt in erster Linie Teamwork, Spaß und Leidenschaft.

**Zu Deinen Aufgaben zählen**:

- Beschaffungsbearbeitung sowie Erstellung von Angebotsstrukturen und Angebotsvergleichen
- Disposition der Waren unter Berücksichtigung von Bestellrhythmen und Meldebeständen sowie Abstimmung der Liefertermine mit unseren Lieferanten
- Bearbeitung von Reklamationen inkl. Stammdatenpflege und Rechnungshandling
- Administrative Aufgaben und Organisation im Einkauf
- Unterstützung des strategischen Einkaufes bei der Optimierung der Einkaufsprozesse im Hinblick auf Effizienz und Kosten
- Unterstützung des Wareneingans bei Reklamation, Einlagerungen sowie der Lagerhaltung

**Voraussetzungen**:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder gleichwertige Ausbildung z.B.: Mitarbeiter Einkauf / Einkäufer / kaufmännischer Mitarbeiter / kaufmännischer Angestellter / Bürokauffrau / Bürokaufmann / Sachbearbeiter / Industriekaufmann / Industriekauffrau / Mitarbeiter Büro / Vertriebsmitarbeiter / Mitarbeiter Vertrieb (m/w/d)
- Du hast bereits Vorkenntnisse im Bereich Einkauf/Disposition gesammelt
- Du besitzt ein gutes kaufmännisches Verständnis und Verhandlungsgeschick
- Neben guten Deutsch
- & Englischkenntnissen bist du geübt im Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office Programmen, insbesondere Excel
- Die Arbeit mit Warenwirtschaftssystemen ist für dich selbstverständlich. Idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrung mit CSB
- Eigeninitiative sowie eine organisatorische Arbeitsweise im Team runden dein Profil ab
- Organisationsstärke und Zuverlässigkeit sowie hohes Engagement und Flexibilität zeichnet dich aus
