**Your main tasks and responsibilities will include**:
Together with your team you will drive the business line ‘Standard Hardware’ to the next level. The business has been on a stable growth path before COVID and with the market recovery we need to restart and continue this successful journey.

Your main objective is to achieve the commercial growth ambition by setting the products’ strategy and by ensuring that all required functions within AIRBUS & SATAIR work hand-in-hand to deliver superior customer service.

**Main tasks**:

- Development of product line specific strategies (identify business opportunities, Go-to-market, set pricing logic, develop USP, business case etc.)
- Profit & Loss Responsibility
- Managing an international team with ~10 members in Germany & Denmark
- Stakeholder Management & transversal coordination of all functions delivering into the product’s success

**Your boarding pass**
- You have at least 5 years experience in leading an international team
- You have professional experience in defining business strategies, developing business cases and holding P&L-responsibilities
- Preferably, you have an understanding of the aviation aftermarket/customer service
- You speak English on negotiation level

- You have a high level of business acumen
- You are an out-of-the-box thinker and a teamplayer
- You have an entrepreneurial thinking: Drive to build and develop new businesses while keeping the margin healthy
- You have analytical skills and a hands-on management style
