**Was Du mitgestaltest**:
- Entwicklung standardisierter Assays zum Nachweis viraler Vektoren im Bereich der Gentherapie
- Umgang mit diversen viralen Vektoren, insbesondere mit Lenti
- und Adenoviren sowie mit Adenovirus-assoziierter Viren (AAV)
- Virusanalytik und Charakterisierung von Produktionszelllinien mittels molekularbiologischer, proteinchemischer und zellbiologischer Assays
- Entwicklung und Schulung methodischer und technischer Verfahren
- Präsentation der Ergebnisse
- Arbeiten in einem interdisziplinären Team aus Ingenieuren, Virologen und Molekularbiologen (m/w/d)
**Was Du mitbringst**:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Life Sciences (Biologie, Biotechnologie oder Biochemie)
- Ausgewiesene Erfahrungen im Bereich der Assay-Etablierung, beispielsweise mittels quantitativer PCR-Techniken (real-time qPCR und ddPCR) für den Nachweis viraler Vektoren
- Kenntnisse in der Zellkulturtechnik für das Aufsetzen zellbasierter Assays
- Sicherer Umgang mit molekularbiologischen Tools zur Klonierung von Reporter-Plasmiden sind von Vorteil
- Sichere Deutsch
