**Your mission**:
As a Founder's Associate you will work closely with the CEO on your mission to drive the strategic development of Kaiko Systems. You will be an integral part to the success of the company as it scales and lead a wide variety of core initiatives for developing the business, such as business strategy, product development, fundraising, sales, legal, and people & culture. Your role includes the following responsibilities:
- Bring in a new perspective in our growth process, identify and spearheading the top strategic initiatives
- You will start new strategic and operational projects, where you will work independently and proactively and will be responsible for major challenges.
- Support with internal and external communication
- Assist with investor relations through preparing meetings, investor pitch decks and related communication
- Organise & participate in management meetings and follow up on them to increase efficiency of the teams
- Help the team execute on the chosen strategies
- Closely collaborate with the founding team and product development to achieve maximum impact
**Your profile**:
- You have a very good Master’s degree from a renowned university or business school in the field of Business, Law, Economics, Computer Science or a comparable course
- You are an intelligent risk taker who enjoys analyzing and rethinking problems - at the same time you are highly interested in turning your ideas into action
- You have previous experience in a fast-paced startup environment, consulting or investment banking firm.
- You are customer focused and aim to translate complicated data into actionable and easy to use solutions
- You have a hands-on mentality, entrepreneurial thinking style, the ability to inspire others as well as a positive attitude
- You are a clear communicator in German and English, both in written and spoken form, able to structure your ideas logically, communicate trade-offs, and explain complex technical concepts clearly
- You are independent, proactive, highly motivated, and good at problem solving
- You are comfortable with ambiguity and developing a deep understanding of topics based on mínimal guidance
