**Testbench Program Manager (d/f/m) for Cabin Electronics**

**Your responsibilities**
- As Testrig Program Manager you will be responsible for the complete new building of the new cabin managment system testbenches. You will work in a dynamic and international business environment where your proven experience, expertise and knowledge directly impacts day-to-day business operations.
- You will manage the developement of the new systembenches for the new cabin management System.
- You will be responsible for accepting the customer input system specification.
- You will define system testbenches requirements, designs and architectures.
- You will be responsible for Budget and Quality of the new System testbenches.
- You will manage the system lifecycle documentation, the configuration and release management for system testbench artefacts.
- You will accompany the product integration and commissioning phase together with the customer.
- You will contribute to the continuous improvement of the team and systems development.
- You will be part of a motivate development team that is co-located onsite in Buxtehude. In addition, there are arrangements for mobile working. On occasion you will need to travel to other Airbus sites, customers or suppliers. **What do you bring?**
- You hold a university degree in Systems/Software/Hardware Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Avionics or comparable.
- You have at least 3 years´ experience in systems design and integration of systems with multiple equipments.
- Your experience includes Project management and subcontracting
- You already bring experiences with Agile and DevOps development practices and tools (e.g Jira, Github).
- You are open to further individual developments (e.g. System
- / Cabin-Architect)
- You have good communication skills in English.
- You are a team player
