Tasks
**Requirements**:
- Enrollment in an EU university
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Sciences, Human Resources, BWL/VWL or related fields
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Ability to take responsibility for a specific project and manage it to completion
- Project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent English communication skills, including the ability to contact people and build relationships
- Good data tracking and analysis skills

- Manage experts and coordinate their contributions to the project
- Monitor project progress and ensure that timelines are met
- Track data and success metrics related to the project
