**Ihre Rolle und Verantwortlichkeiten**
- Identifizierung und Realisierung von Einsparpotenzialen durch detaillierte Potentialanalysen, Markt
- und Nachfrageanalysen, sowie die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Beschaffungsstrategien.
- Die Anwendung von kommerziellen, prozessualen und technischen Einkaufshebeln in Kundenprojekten.
- Die Durchführung von globalen Ausschreibungen und Benchmarks.
- Analyse globaler Beschaffungsmärkte, Erkennung von Trends und Bewertung von Lieferantenleistungen, um Kostensenkungspotenziale zu identifizieren und zu nutzen.
- Sie fungieren als zentraler Ansprechpartner für Lieferantenentwicklung und -management, agieren grenzüberschreitend und arbeiten eng mit den Fachabteilungen unserer Kunden zusammen.
- Verantwortung für die Führung von Preisverhandlungen sowie die Ausarbeitung von Liefervereinbarungen und Rahmenverträgen für unsere Kunden.
- Leitung und Moderation von Workshops und Analysen zu Themen wie strategische Einkaufshebel, Wertoptimierung, Outsourcing, Make-or-Buy-Entscheidungen.

**Ihr persönliches Profil**
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschafts
- oder Ingenieurwissenschaften mit mindestens 5-10 Jahren relevanter Berufserfahrung im strategischen Einkauf oder in der Beratung mit Schwerpunkt Einkauf und Supply Chain Management.
- Nachweisliche Expertise in der Steuerung direkter und indirekter Warengruppen sowie in der Lieferantenentwicklung und -verhandlung sowie bei Verlagerungsprojekten.
- Eine starke Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Kundenorientierung, Begeisterungsfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen und einer hohen Eigenmotivation.
- Analytische Fähigkeiten, technisches Verständnis und die Fähigkeit, sich schnell in neue Themen einzuarbeiten.
- Ein hoher persönlicher Qualitätsanspruch, gepaart mit einer schnellen Auffassungsgabe sowie ein hoher Grad an Leistungsbereitschaft, Eigeninitiative und die Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Reisen.
- Freude an der Arbeit in internationalen Projekten und fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse. Weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind willkommen.
