- Entwicklung, Umsetzung und Durchführung aller Vertriebsaktivitäten von Mawave
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Marketing und Partnerships Team
- Qualifizierung von Leads, Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Sales Pitches, Verhandlung und Closing von Neukunden
- Planung und Steuerung mithilfe unseres Sales-Tools HubSpot
- Weiterentwicklung der Sales-Strategie und der bestehenden Sales-Systeme/-Prozesse
- Mitgestaltung der Wachstumsstrategie und Aufbau strategischer Partnerschaften
- Du behältst als Schnittstelle zu verschiedenen Abteilungen den Überblick und arbeitest alle relevanten Anpassungen in deinen Bereich ein
- Optimierung und Umsetzung deiner Arbeit auf Basis der Wachstumsziele

Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung (mind. 3 Jahre) im beratenden B2B-Vertrieb - Bereich Dienstleistung
- Best Case: Technisches Verständnis von Social Media, Performance Marketing und E-Commerce
- Mit deiner Hands-on-Mentalität und als Visionär baust du gerne kreativ neue Prozesse auf und setzt diese durch
- Konzeptionelles und analytisches Denkvermögen
- Dein Umfeld beschreibt dich als Verkaufstalent, da du charismatisch überzeugen und dein Gegenüber mitreißen kannst
- Dein Arbeitsstil ist stets proaktiv und zeichnet sich durch eine strukturierte Vorgehensweise aus, deine engagierte Art macht dich zu einem verlässlichen Teamplayer
- Du hast bereits Start-Up-Erfahrung
- Deutsch und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift
