**Your Tasks**:
Be part of the Global Social Commitments Team and join an international and fast-paced environment and a dedicated team of specialists. Your tasks include:

- Support the annual sustainability evaluation and sustainability reporting (especially in Beiersdorf’s focus area ‘Inclusive Society’)
- Support the implementation of strategic social initiatives
- Support in
- and external engagement activities
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and briefings for various stakeholders across the company, including other headquarter functions and subsidiaries worldwide
- Carry out competitor monitoring and analysis of cause-related marketing and sustainability campaigns and trends

**Your Profile**:

- Student with focus on (Sustainability) Management, Corporate Responsibility, International Cooperation, or interdisciplinary programs with a link to sustainability
- Fluent English
- First work experience (incl. internships) in international companies and/or non-profit organizations would be a bonus
- Proficient MS Office skills (specifically Excel and PowerPoint)
- Motivated team player with good communication skills, intercultural competency, and a passion for sustainability topics
- Enrolled during the whole internship (bachelor or master studies) or internship after bachelor studies in preparation of master studies
