**Ihre Aufgaben als **Sachbearbeiter Campaign Management (w/m/d)**
- Kontrolle der Beanschriftung von Mailings hinsichtlich korrekter Texte und Schriften, richtiger Positionierung aller Daten und versicherungstechnischer Richtigkeit der Variablen in Abstimmung mit den Aktionsverantwortlichen
- Terminkoordination im Vorfeld des Mailing-Versands für die Vertriebsbereiche und als Unterstützung der Sachbearbeiterinnen Campaign Management
- Vorbereiten der Mailinglayouts und fachliche Beauftragung der Dienstleister für die Personalisierung von Mailings
- Unterstützung der Sachbearbeiter:innen Campaign Management bei der Freigabe der Mailings zur Belaserung und bei weiteren anfallenden Tätigkeiten
- Unterstützung im Team Campaign Management durch Erstellung von Selektionsvorgaben, Unterstützung in der Rechnungsprüfung, Unterstützung bei Bearbeitung von Beschwerden

**Ihr Profil**
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung und/oder Berufserfahrung
- Vorkenntnisse aus dem Vertrieb, Kampagnenprozess für Mailing, Lettershop, Print und Personalisierungssoftware sind von Vorteil
- PC-Kenntnisse in Standardsoftware (MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Powerpoint) sowie Acrobat Writer
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, systematischer und äußerst zuverlässiger Arbeitsstil
- Koordinations
- und Organisationsgeschick
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
