Sie sichern jeden Tag mit den Produkten und Dienstleistungen unserer Marken bp, Aral und Castrol die Energie und Mobilität für Millionen Menschen - heute und in Zukunft.
- Als Transformation Program Lead koordinieren und kontrollieren Sie zahlreiche Maßnahmen an unserem Standort und sind wesentlich am Transformationsprozess unserer Raffinerie hin zu einem integrierten, kreislauforientierten Petrochemie-Standort beteiligt. Sie erstellen für die Raffinerieleitung kontinuierliche Updates über den Fortschritt der Maßnahmen, auf deren Basis einerseits Korrekturen und andererseits Berichte für die Konzernleitung generiert werden. Weiterhin unterstützen Sie den Senior Transformation Program Lead beim Aufbau und der strukturierten Umsetzung des Project Management Offices (PMOs).

**Ihr Aufgabenbereich**:

- Koordination der Ressourcenplanung für das Projekt
- und Initiativen-Portfolio und Bereitstellung von entsprechenden Systemen und Prozessen
- Sie unterstützen das Management vor Ort beim Überblick der anstehenden Maßnahmen unter Verwendung gängiger Tools wie des AzureDevOps - Boards, bei der Einflechtung neuer Initiativen und beim Performance Management der Aktivitäten am Standort.
- Mitarbeit in den erforderlichen Prozessen zur Steuerung und Berichterstattung des Standort-Business Improvement Plans.
- Erarbeitung von Management Report Material für diverse unternehmensinterne Gremien (bspw. Senior Leadership Team)
- Leiten von Projekten im Bereich Transformation und die Koordination einer Vielzahl von an diesen Projekten beteiligten Stakeholdern

**Das sollten Sie mitbringen**:

- Einen Hochschul
- oder Fachschulabschluss bevorzugt im Ingenieurswesen mit einer Zusatzqualifikation im Bereich Wirtschaft / Finanzen / Projektmanagement
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement idealerweise im Umfeld einer Mineralöl-Raffinerie (oder eines vergleichbaren Anlagenverbundes der Petrochemie-Branche)
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1-Niveau) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2-Niveau) in Wort und Schrift
- IT-Kenntnisse (z.B. im Bereich Datenbanken, Datenanalyse) sind von Vorteil
- Durchsetzungsfähigkeit, Zahlenaffinität und Kommunikationsstärke
- Begeisterung für die tiefe, strategische Unternehmenssteuerung und Projektaufgaben im unmittelbaren Umfeld der Geschäftsleitung
