To strengthen our team at our Dresden location, we are looking for a **Network Technician **to join us as soon as possible on a permanent basis, in full-time or part-time capacity.

TRICERA energy specializes in the development, construction, and operation of medium (>100 kWh) to large (>2 MWh) battery storage systems and operates both in Germany and internationally. Our mission is to actively shape an optimized, demand-oriented, and renewable energy supply worldwide.

Our greatest achievement is our exceptional team, which now consists of nearly 80 employees. Over the past decades, we have significantly influenced the battery industry and place great emphasis on flat hierarchies and fair interaction among ourselves. We want to continue developing our company together with you and implement the energy transition as soon as possible, not tomorrow.

**Your responsibilities**
- Planning the network on battery storage systems, including interfaces with external partners
- Further development and optimization of network access control.
- Configuration of network participants such as switches and routers (firewall configuration, port forwardings, etc.)
- Error analysis (wireshark, tcpdump) and troubleshooting
- Commissioning of networks and ensuring remote access
- Providing thematic support in project planning and implementation

**Your skills**
- Completed vocational training as an IT systems electronics technician, IT specialist, or a degree in communication technology, electrical engineering, or computer science
- Profound knowledge of TCP/IP networks
- Willingness to travel (90% office-based / 10% field work)
- Basic Linux knowledge, especially in shell programming
- Experience in planning IT network structures
- Strong communication skills, teamwork, and an independent and structured work style
