**Job Description**:
**WHAT WE DO AT OWNER DOMAIN**

As DevOps Lead of our Owner actor domain you will lead and develop the DevOps staff in the agile teams. You shape the further development of our DevOps culture within AVIV and enjoy the continuous optimization of DevOps processes.

**Qualifications**:
**WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN INDIVIDUAL WHO CAN**:

- Take the responsibility for the functional management of an international DevOps team within the owner actor group.
- Take the responsibility for hiring, managing, mentoring, and coaching DevOps engineers in the actor Group
- Work closely with other colleagues such as architects, software, security and QA engineers to accelerate the development of our agile teams by supporting and encouraging their autonomy through our DevOps culture.
- Ensure that our products are created with a maximum of automation and documentation by using infrastructure as code and CI/CD.
- Ensure an exchange on DevOps topics within the AVIV and the establishment of standards and educating best practices.
- In close cooperation with the other DevOps managers from the DevOps Center of Excellence, you are responsible for establishing new processes and further developing existing ones

**AN INDIVIDUAL WHO HAS**:

- Several years of professional experience in DevOps and leading a team in an agile environment
- Already worked in an environment where the public cloud (such as AWS) was used
- Familiarity with DevOps practices such as CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, monitoring and know their benefits
- Strong communication skills, interdisciplinary team player and appreciate working in agile teams.
- A good level of English to lead international colleagues within the actor group.
- Solution-oriented, systematic thinking and acting are your trademarks.
- A passion for new challenges in a changing environment
- Willingness to travel
