**International Medical Director GU Cancer (M/F/d)**

**What challenges are waiting for you?**

Thought Leader and prostate cancer Specialists engagement (pre, peri and post launch support)
- Understand and anticipate the scientific information needs of all regional/local customers (payers, patients, health care providers)
- Actively address customer questions in a timely fashion by providing scientific support for data analyses and new clinical or health outcomes research efforts, including IIT evaluation.
- Strongly support Regional Thought Leader endorsement planning and development - in close collaboration with Global and Affiliate teams.
- Identify customer needs and strengths and be able to translate them into a comprehensive development plan aligned to brand strategy

International Medical Affairs planning support
- Support and lead as agreed international medical affairs pre-, peri
- and post launch activities for prostate cancer (e.g. IBU speaker training along with Med Education)
- Contribute to the development of medical strategies to support brand commercialization activities by working closely with the global Medical Affairs and brand teams, Global Patient Outcomes/Real World Evidence and global PRA,regulatory, clinical management or personnel and other cross-functional management during the development of the international business plan.
- Contribute as a scientific and clinical expert to activities and deliverables of other IBU medical teams and different regional functions (e.g. works closely with regional/local teams in prostate cancer and Customer Council outcomes).
- Drive cross tumor shared learnings.
- Leverage deep product / disease knowledge and educate the network of affiliate peers, so they are ready to support their local launches.
- By offering scientific and creative input, contribute to the development, review, and approval of promotional materials for the brand team at the IBU level.

Clinical Research / Trial Execution and Support
- Ensure implementation of global prostate cancer Ib/II/III/IV clinical trials conducted in OUS/Canada.
- Provide input to the global teams of the OUS/Canada trial needs/wishes
- Develop, conduct and report international/affiliate clinical trials.

Scientific data dissemination / Exchange, Training and Education
- Knowledge of and compliance with local laws and regulations, and global policies and procedures, compliance guidelines with respect to data dissemination and interactions with external health care professionals.
- Support the planning of symposia, advisory board meetings, and/or the facilitation of other meetings with health care professionals at IBU and affiliate level.
- Support scientific training and educational activities:

- Internal (molecule, MOA, disease state)
- External (Disease State, compound, lifecycle plan)
- In alignment with the Global and Regional teams, implement and transmit the communications strategy both external and internally.
