Sie sind zuständig als Leitung der Finanzbuchhaltung & Controlling für die fristgerechte und korrekte Erfassung von Geschäftsvorgängen, sowie die sachgerechte und fristgemäße Erstellung von Monats
- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB, so dass jederzeit ein genaues, zahlenbasiertes Reporting zu einer Gesellschaft / eines Stores möglich ist. Dabei verantworten Sie die produktive Zusammenarbeit mit u.a. dem Finanzamt, Steuerberater und Wirtschaftsprüfer. Sie verantworten, dass Schnittstellen und Zuarbeiten aus anderen Fachbereichen wie z.B. Vertragsmanagement, E-Commerce, Waren
- und Personalmanagement funktionstüchtig sind und entsprechende Nachweise fristgerecht verarbeitet werden.

Sie berichten direkt an den CFO and agieren als Leader, in dem Sie das eigene Team (5 Mitarbeiter) im Sinne des unternehmensweiten Führungsleitbildes führen.

Sie tragen wesentlich zum Unternehmenserfolg bei, indem Sie bei der Erstellung der Budgetplanung mitwirken, die Systemlandschaft FIBU / Controlling stets in der Weiterentwicklung vorantreiben und supporten, die ordnungsgemäße Buchführung (systemisch und fachlich) sicherstellen und alle rechtlichen und steuerlichen Anforderungen an das Unternehmen mit Ihrem Team erfüllen.

**Ihre Kernaufgaben**:

- Strukturieren und Weiterentwickeln des Bereichs Finanzbuchhaltung/Controlling (fachlich und systemisch)
- Erstellen von Monats-/Jahresabschlüssen und USt-Erklärungen
- Management des Zahlungswesen (z.B. Liquiditätsübersichten)
- Organisation und Umsetzen des internen Kontrollsystems (IKS; Qualitätssicherung)
- Erstellen von Dokumentationen und Verträgen im Zuständigkeitsbereich
- Definieren und Optimieren von Schnittstellen zu weiteren Fachbereichen z.B. Lohn-/Gehaltsbuchhaltung, Warenmanagement, E-Commerce
- Definieren, Dokumentieren und Nachhalten der bereichsinternen Kernprozesse in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vorgesetzten
- Leadership: Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung des TeamsUmsetzen einer situativen Führung; auch auf Distanz (Stichwort: Homeoffice / mobiles Arbeiten, flexible Arbeitszeiten)

Kenntnis der Mitarbeiter-Struktur im Bereich und gestalten des Mitarbeiterportfolios
