**Wer sind wir?**

Wir sind eine **Rösterei für Bio
- und Fairtrade-zertifizierten und CO2-neutralen Specialty Coffee** in Berlin. Gegründet haben wir Caventura nach einer Reise um die Welt, auf der wir unsere Partner, die Kaffeebauern, bereits persönlich kennengelernt haben. Heute vertreiben wir unsere großartigen Kaffees aus Kolumbien und Kenia über unseren **B2C Online Shop** und möchten dieses Jahr unser **B2B Geschäft** entwickeln um auch Unternehmen, Büros und die Gastronomie in den Genuss hochwertigen **Direct-Trade Spezialitätenkaffees **kommen zu lassen. Hierzu entwickeln wir verschiedenste Angebote für Mitarbeiter*innen, Kund*innen und Unternehmen in unserem ganzheitlichen, technologie-gestützten Coffee-as-a-Service Ansatz.

Wir pflegen **direkte und persönliche Partnerschaften **mit den Kaffeebauern. Wir sind **CO2-positiv** und regenerieren Umwelt und Gesellschaft durch gezielte Projekte in den Anbauländern unserer Kaffees. Wir fördern Specialty Coffee durch eine Vielzahl an **Innovationen** und stellen durch unseren **jährlichen Transparenzbericht** bedingungslose Transparenz sicher.

**Wer bist du?**

Du bist eine **hoch motivierte und sehr organisierte Person**. Du arbeitest gern **im Team** und hast Spaß daran, **logistische Prozesse zu betreuen und zu optimieren**. Du liebst es, **eigenständig mit Liebe zum Detail** zu arbeiten und kannst hochkonzentriert, effizient und fehlerfrei **Kundebestellungen vorbereiten und versenden**. Im Idealfall sprichst du neben Deutsch auch Englisch. Dein **Umgang mit Online-Tools ist sicher** und effektiv. Kaffee ist deine Leidenschaft und du hast Lust, in die Welt des Röstens reinzuschnuppern. Wenn du dann noch **in Berlin (optimal am Hermannplatz oder Umgebung) lebst** und große Lust darauf hast, die unendlichen Weiten von Specialty Coffee kennenzulernen, sollten wir uns kennenlernen.

**Was wären deine Aufgaben?**

Du **betreust **unser **Coffee Bestellungsmanagement (Verpacken und Versand) **und betreust es eigenverantwortlich. Du überprüfst **täglich online die Bestellungen von B2C und B2B Kunden** und bereitest den Expressversand (auch online) vor. Spätestens jeden zweiten Tag **bereitest du die Bestellungen physisch** in unserem CoRoasting in Berlin vor und stellst sicher, dass sie rechtzeitig vom Logistikunternehmen abgeholt werden. Dabei spielen deine **Effizienz, deine Liebe zum Detail und dein Auge für Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten** eine Schlüsselrolle.

Falls du Interesse hast, kannst du auch **die Röstung **von unseren 10+ Specialty Coffees nach entsprechendem Training **übernehmen**. Neben diesem Pflichtprogramm denkst du ständig darüber nach, wie du unsere **Prozesse verbessern **und unsere **Kunden noch glücklicher** Machen kannst.
