**What you will do**

As part of the Office, you will have the opportunity to directly support the Head of NVT and Managing Director of SAP Berlin in planning and coordination of processes and topics with respect to existing and potential customers, partners or other parties in and outside of NVT.

As Working Student or Intern in the Office of the Head of NVT, you will facilitate the successful execution of daily office functions and duties and to provide active and autonomous administrative support to the Head of NVT, Martin Heinig. You will facilitate smooth operations and implement and streamline program processes.
- Support with general project structures like providing status reports, creating templates, monitoring of accomplished tasks, scheduling appointments.
- Excellent planning, preparation, execution and follow up of strategic. meetings, workshops and events with key stakeholders and customers.
- Actively support/ manage (sub-)project task on your own.
- Managing internal and external correspondence with different stakeholders.
- Support with the design, rollout and implementation of new processes or working models.

**What you bring**
- (Master-)Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Business Informatics, Business Analytics, Innovation Management, Project Management or similar
- Well-versed in MS Office (especially Excel), Tableau or similar and able to rapidly and independently learn new tools to translate sophisticated and creative analyses into actionable results, messages, and presentations
- Have an analytical mindset and can independently extract relevant information and hypotheses from various sources
- Language skills: English and German proficiency required
- Highly flexible, able to work and thrive in a rapidly changing environment, able to handle uncertainty and frequent changes.
- Excellent executer gets the job done in a positive, reliable and encouraging manner.
