**Associate Director Non-Tonnage Reliability (M/F/d)**

**What you will enjoy doing**
- You will participate in the development of equipment-related process safety policies and compliance programs and work with global and region teams to develop maintenance standards and operating procedures for non-tonnage plants
- Assisting regions to identify and effectively resolve chronic asset failures (bad actors) and long-term asset concerns (reliability threats) will also be part of your tasks
- You will be accountable to identify, develop, help implement and optimize predictive maintenance technologies and preventive maintenance methodologies; lead PM reviews, PM harmonization, and reliability assessments, as well as assist with action item completion
- Liaison between global operations teams and Linde Engineering to facilitate alignment on design and construction standards for non-tonnage plants will be your responsibility
- Additionally you will engage and work across internal teams (Ops, R&D, Procurement, Engineering etc.) as required, to develop and implement strategic solutions to improve availability, reliability, and M&R costs of non-tonnage plants
- Further you will participate in reliability programs such as RAM, FMEA, RCA, PM Reviews, spare parts analysis, equipment analysis, and supplier quality management
- In this role you will be required to interface with the following: Segment/Region/Country operations, reliability, distribution leaders, COC & COOE, Digitalization, Smart Operations, Plant & Process Operations, Distribution, Reliability Centers /Equipment Health Centers, SHEQ, Linde Engineering, and Procurement

**What makes you great**
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical Engineering and at least 10 years’ experience in the industry, in project, design, maintenance, reliability or operations functions as well as the ability to travel up to 25% of the time (domestic and international)
- You demonstrate proven technical and operational knowledge of process equipment and systems, such as blowers, compressors, pumps, dryer beds, heat exchangers, motors, instrumentation systems etc..
- Additionally proven understanding of best practices in predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance of process equipment and systems as well as proven knowledge of predictive technologies such as vibration monitoring and oil analysis is part of your profile
- You have proven fluency in standard software packages as well as proven experience in root cause analysis methodologies and statistical analysis
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills but also the ability to work independently as well as lead/participate on cross functional teams is necessary for this role
- You demonstrate long-term experience and extensive knowledge with non-tonnage process, equipment, data analysis and optimization; Ability to read and understand process documentation such as P&ID, machinery drawings and electrical one-line diagrams
- Understanding of applicable regulatory and industrial standards and codes as well as Experience in Lean Six Sigma productivity programs are ideal
