**Business Partner People Operations (w/m/d)
- Erste:r Ansprechpartner:in für die Fach
- und Führungskräfte Deiner Betreuungsbereiche in allen personalrelevanten Fragestellungen entlang des Employee Life Cycle und berätst u. a. zu arbeitsrechtlichen Themen
- Optimierung bestehender HR-Prozesse und Erarbeitung neuer Konzepte für übergeordnete Themen
wie z. B. Titelstrukturen, Gehaltsbenchmarks oder Bonusmodelle
- Finden von neuen Talenten für Deine Betreuungsbereiche und Gestaltung eines erfolgreichen Recruiting-Prozesses mit den Hiring Managern
- Begleitung der persönlichen und fachlichen Weiterentwicklung unserer Mitarbeiter:innen im engen Austausch mit den zuständigen Führungskräften
- Fachliche:r Sparringspartner:in für die Kolleg:innen im Bereich People Operations Services
