As a member of the Recovery & Resolution (R&R) Team, you will be empowered to add value and to make an impact from day one. The R&R Team is an agile and collaborative team and is an integral part of J.P. Morgan SE's Finance organization ultimately reporting to the CFO.

While being the first point of contact for enquiries from the Bank's Senior Management and regulatory authorities, you will work closely with the broader teams in Finance, Risk Management, Business Management, Treasury and Operations.

**Job responsibilities**:

- Support and coordinate J.P. Morgan SE's Recovery & Resolution agenda including the annual update of the Bank's Recovery Plan, the submissions for the SRB's Multi-Annual Work Program and the contribution to the firmwide Recovery & Resolution Plans
- Ensure completion of regulatory priorities and ad-hoc requests, the in-time delivery of requested information/reporting and the preparation of workshops in close cooperation with local and firmwide teams
- Contribute to the relevant governance committees used for overseeing, addressing and escalating R&R specific items
- Develop a good understanding of regulatory policies, assess their impact and support the implementation of new requirements
- Respond to ad-hoc queries from and prepare presentations for meetings with the Bank's Senior Management, regulatory authorities, etc.
- Deliver and maintain robust documentation

**Required qualifications, capabilities and skills**:

- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Economics or another relevant area
- Good communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with all levels of management across numerous teams and locations to help drive the R&R agenda
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task, to work well under pressure with commitment to deliver under tight deadlines, and to lead cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to aggregate data and identify root causes
- Fluent English language skills, both oral and written; German would be a plus

**Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills**:

- Practical experience of working within the EU Recovery & Resolution regime, preferably in a banking institution, combined with familiarity with regulatory requirements such as the BRRD and MaSanV
- Strong IT skills, in particular Excel and PowerPoint, also transferable to other IT platforms/software including (but not limited to) Axiom and Alteryx
