With you, our self-hosted and externally developed DMS system (EASY), our constantly evolving ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2017 with timely expansion to Business Central) and our recruiting tool (Avature) are in the best hands.

**YOUR TASKS**
- You are responsible for solving incoming 1st and 2nd level support cases and are flexible in finding solutions
- You communicate purposefully in English and/or German with your internal customers (central departments such as HR, GCO,...)
- Technical expertise and clear solution communication go hand in hand for you
- Adherence to and implementation of compliance processes is a matter of course for you and you keep our how-to's and documentation up to date

**YOUR PROFILE**
- You have successfully completed a degree in (business) informatics, business administration or comparable training
- You are characterized by helpfulness, strong communication skills and solution orientation
- You have a high sense of responsibility and integrity as well as a structured and independent way of working
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills round off your profile
