**Profil**
- Abgeschlossenes **technische Ausbildung,** gerne auch **technischer Hochschulabschluss, Studium** oder **Weiterbildung** zum Techniker/Meister (m/w/d)
- Mehrjährige technische **Berufserfahrung** oder erste Erfahrungen im Bereich **Schienenfahrzeuge**:

- **Selbstständige, Eigenverantwortliche** sowie **sichere Anwendung** gängiger **Qualitäts-, Fehleranalyse
- und Reklamationsmanagementtools, 8D und RCA- Methoden**:

- Kenntnisse in **internen** und **externen Audits** wünschenswert
- Sehr Gute **Deutsch**:

- sowie **Englischkenntnisse** in Wort und Schrift
- Sehr gute **Kommunikationsfähigkeiten** sowie **Teamfähigkeiten**:

- Gelegentliche **Reisebereitschaft** möglich
- Anwendungssichere **MS Office** Kenntnisse**, SAP** Kenntnisse wünschenswert

**Aufgaben**
- Betreuung der **Lieferanten** bei der **Befundung** oder **Nacharbeit** an **Zukaufteilen**:

- **Aufnahme** sowie **Analyse** von **Abweichungen** bei Zukaufteilen
- **8D Tracking** und **Validierung**:

- **Fehlerursachenanalyse (intern/extern)**:

- **Eskalationsmanagement** in Zusammenarbeit mit der **Produktion** und dem **Einkauf**:

- Durchsetzung der **SPEC** und **Vorschriften** beim **Lieferanten**:

- **Schnittstelle** zwischen **Einkauf, SCM, PM, Konstruktion** und **Lieferanten**
