Als Beteiligungsunternehmen für Windenergie
- und Photovoltaikanlagen tragen wir in der Wi IPP zur nachhaltigen Gestaltung der Energiewende bei. In der Rolle des Head of Finance bearbeitest, kreierst und etablierst du Prozesse für die tägliche Arbeit rund um unsere Finanzthemen.

**So bringst du uns weiter**:

- Bei **Transaktionen** bist Du unser Finanzexperte für M&A Aktivitäten, der Erstellung von Bewertungen (z.B. Cashflow Modelle) und der Ausgestaltung der Finanzierungsstruktur
- gemeinsam mit deinem Team behältst du den Überblick über die **Budgetplanungen**, das **Liquiditätsmanagement** und den Zahlungsverkehr
- Du berätst und unterstützt bei **Steuer
- und Bilanzierungsthemen** und koordinierst externe Steuerberater und Dienstleister
- Du verantwortest Jahresabschlüsse und Steuererklärungen und hältst die Geschäftsführung und Gesellschafter mit einem aussagekräftigen **Reporting** auf dem Laufenden
- Innerhalb der **Organisation** hast du ein Auge auf die Leistungsverrechnungen und buchhalterischen Vorgänge zwischen den Gesellschaften und bist der erste Ansprechpartner für die Kollegen
- Du steigerst unsere Effizienz, indem du **Finanzprozesse** überwachst und optimierst
- Du **führst und entwickelst** das Finance-Team

**Das bringst du mit**:

- Du hast ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder etwas Vergleichbares mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position mit
- Du bist teamfähig und kommunikationsstark, ein gutes Arbeitsklima ist dir wichtig
- Du Erfahrung in der Einführung von digitalen Tools mit und kennst aktuelle Finanzierungsformen
