**Das ist Ihr Beitrag**:

- Entwicklung, Implementierung und Sicherstellung von effektiven internen Kontrollsystemen und -verfahren insb. für die Bereiche Einkauf und Vertrieb, um die Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften, Unternehmensrichtlinien und bewährter Praktiken sicherzustellen
- Durchführung regelmäßiger Risikobewertungen und -analysen, zur Identifizierung potenzieller Schwachstellen und um angemessene Kontrollmaßnahmen zu empfehlen
- Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Richtlinien, Prozessen und Dokumentationen und Auswertungen im Zusammenhang mit internen Risken
- Schulung und Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden bei der Einhaltung von internen Kontrollverfahren und Best Practices
- Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Abteilungen und Teams, um sicherzustellen, dass interne Kontrollen effektiv implementiert und eingehalten werden
- Durchführung von Audits und Überprüfungen, um die Wirksamkeit der internen Kontrollen zu bewerten und Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten zu identifizieren
- Berichterstattung für das Management über den Status und die Wirksamkeit der internen Kontrollen sowie über potenzielle Risiken und Empfehlungen zur Risikominderung
- Verantwortung für die Überwachung und Minimierung von finanziellen Risiken im Rahmen der Warenkreditversicherungen

**Das bringen Sie mit**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsprüfung o.ä.)
- Berufserfahrung in der Entwicklung, Implementierung und Überwachung von internen Kontrollsystemen
- Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Bereitschaft für Geschäftsreisen (ca. 20%)
- Analytische Fähigkeiten zur Identifizierung von Risiken und zur Entwicklung von Kontrollmaßnahmen
- Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Teamfähigkeit
