Wir sind ein multidisziplinäres Design-Studio in München, begeistern Menschen, schärfen Markenprofile und machen Innovation wirksam durch Design. Wir arbeiten für spannende internationale Marken wie STABILO international, Fischer Sports, Hagan Ski, Siemens, BMW Mini und Dallmayr.

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von ganzheitlichen Marken
- und Corporate Design Programmen
- Kreative Führung im Projekt and Coaching von Teammitgliedern
- Verantwortung für Qualität und Prozessmanagement
- Kundenführung und Steuerung von Dienstleistern
- Erstellen und Durchführen von Präsentationen

**Anforderungsprofil**:

- Ausgeprägte Konzeptstärke und Lösungskompetenz
- Hervorragendes Gespür für Gestaltung, Ästhetik und Typografie
- Hohes Maß an Kreativität sowie eine pragmatische und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in digitalen Medien
- Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Organisationsgeschick
- Abgeschlossenes Designstudium, idealerweise Master Level
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Konzeption, Gestaltung, Planung und Ausführung von Branding Projekten (auf Agenturseite von Vorteil)
- Erfahrung in Projektführung und projektbezogener Kundenberatung
- Souveränes Auftreten bei Präsentationen und in Workshops
- Gute Englischkenntnisse
