Gegründet 1984 von Tally Elfassi-Weijl und Beat Grüring mit der Mission, allen Frauen den Zugang zu den neusten Trends zu ermöglichen. - Als Store ManagerIn gehst du mit gutem Beispiel voran und stellst sicher, dass dein Team die TALLY Vision und Werte täglich lebt
- Du stellst einen exzellenten Kundenservice sicher und förderst die Kundenorientierung in deinem Team
- Du verfolgst die Verkaufsziele und das Budget, um den Gewinn deines Stores zu optimieren
- Durch regelmäßiges Feedback begleitest du dein Team auf dem Weg der beruflichen und persönlichen Entwicklung
- Dabei gewährleistest du stets einen ansprechenden Look der Schaufenster und Verkaufsflächen
- Du bist verantwortlich dafür, neue Talente zu rekrutieren und gestaltest so ein inspirierendes und motivierendes Umfeld für deine KollegInnen

**DAS ZEICHNET DICH AUS**
- Du verfügst über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung oder einen vergleichbaren Hintergrund
- Du konntest bereits Erfahrungen in einer Führungsposition sammeln, idealerweise im Einzelhandel
- Unternehmerisches Denken, Kommunikationsstärke und dein Organisationstalent machen dich zu einem echten Teamplayer
- Du hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, jede weitere Sprache ist ein Vorteil
