**Your Job — Your Passion**:

- You support the HR development and thus also the implementation of personnel development programmes to provide our colleagues with the best possible support
- Together with the team, you will drive the further development of our internal Learning Management System (LMS)
- You will also help with strategic and operational HR projects, ensuring successful implementation
- From job advertisements and applicant management to onboarding - you provide support in all areas of recruitment
- You take care of the maintenance and further development of our HRM (Human Resource Management) systems so that everything runs smoothly
- With your analyses and reports, you provide valuable insights into HR key figures and help to continuously improve processes

**Your Profile — Your Strengths**:

- A degree in Business Administration with a focus on HR or a commercial apprenticeship with relevant professional experience in the HR field form your foundation
- You bring motivation and a genuine interest in topics related to human resources work
- Working with MS Office and common HR tools is one of your strengths
- Independence, empathy and the ability to work in a team are a matter of course for you, as are reliable and structured work
- Your friendly manner and enjoyment of working with people set you apart
- You feel confident in English and German and can use it easily in your daily work
