**Title**:HR & Office Generalist - Part-Time (all genders)**:

We are currently looking for a motivated **HR & Office Generalist **(all genders) to support our team in Germany and contribute to the success of our company. In this position, you will be responsible for the efficient administration of HR including preparatory payroll accounting and company car (fleet) management as well as smooth organisation of our office operations in Germany. This position will be located in our Frankfurt office and initially be limited for 2 years with the option of extension. In this role, you will have the flexibility to organize your work between office and up to 60% remote from home.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Administration of our time and attendance system (ADP)
- Preparation and review of monthly payroll accounting
- Administration of our employee database and maintenance of personnel files
- Support in the preparation of personnel-related documents
- Administration of our company car fleet and office supplies
- Support with general administrative and assistant tasks
- Processing incoming and outgoing post mail
- Support with recruitment topics

**What you’ll bring to the team**:

- Completed vocational training or similar qualification
- Experience in human resources and/or office management
- Good knowledge of German labour and social security law
- Ideally experience with preparatory payroll accounting and company car (fleet) management
- Very good organisational skills and a structured and conscientious working style
- Teamplayer with strong communication skills and service orientation
- Very good German and English skills (written and spoken)
- High degree of loyalty, integrity and reliability
- Good MS-Office skills
