Deine Aufgaben
- Alles, was Recht ist: Du hältst unseren Fachbereichen den Rücken frei und stehst ihnen mit umfassendem Rat zum Bank
- und Kapitalmarktrecht zur Seite - insbesondere im Hinblick auf unsere Retail-Produkte und -Services, aber auch, wenn es um rechtliche Fragestellungen aus dem Bereich Treasury geht.
- Inhaltlich liegt Dein Schwerpunkt auf den Themenfeldern digitale Finanzdienstleistungen, Wertpapierdienstleitungen, Anlegerschutz und Clearing.
- Damit wir jederzeit vorbereitet und gut aufgestellt sind, klärst Du Sachverhalte auf, erarbeitest und bewertest Empfehlungen sowie Lösungsmöglichkeiten, übernimmst die rechtliche Betreuung der Änderung und Implementierung von Produkten / Services und hast Deine Adleraugen auf etwaige rechtliche Risiken gerichtet.
- Verfahren, gerichtlich und außergerichtlich, betreust Du selbstständig, wehrst unberechtigte Forderungen ab und setzt unsere berechtigten Ansprüche durch. Dabei kann es sich z. B. um allgemeine Kundenbeschwerden, Ombudsmannverfahren und BaFin-Beschwerden handeln.
- Auch in der Projektarbeit ergreifst Du engagiert den Staffelstab und stehst bei Sonderaufgaben, z. B. zum Thema Verbandsarbeit oder zu internen Prozessen, mit durchdachten Lösungen parat.

Dein Profil
- Mindestens befriedigend abgeschlossenes erstes und zweites juristisches Staatsexamen
- Berufserfahrung in der Rechtsabteilung einer Bank oder in einer Anwaltskanzlei
- Expertise im Bank
- & Kapitalmarktrecht
- Kreativ, engagiert, lösungsorientiert und pragmatisch
- Offen für Neues, teamfähig und selbstständig
- Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch in Wort & Schrift
