We know interviews can be nerve-wracking experiences. Our goal is to find individuals who are just as excited as we are to get out on camp and have an enriching, adventure-filled, (English) learning experience with our campers. However, in our search for the perfect counselor, we do understand that the interview isn’t just about us getting to know you, but as much a chance for you to make sure we’re the right fit for you too Curious about how our recruitment process works? We’re all about transparency
- We’ll let you know via E-Mail if we want to take things to the next level and meet you virtually. If so, you’ll receive a detailed E-Mail with information and instructions so that you feel totally prepared.
- Once the hard part is over, we will let you know the outcome of the interview. Regardless of the result you will hear from us (ghosting is lame).
- Once the formalities are out of the way, we’ll help you with the paperwork (onboarding), and get you out on camp ASAP

We are always looking for energetic, talented, motivated, and creative individuals. Feel like this is the adventure you were looking for? Have any questions? We look forward to hearing from you.
