Our ITT/W department is responsible for the global design and transformation of the Digital Workplace within Mercedes-Benz Group AG in collaboration with our strategic IT partner.
Your tasks in detail:
- Utilization of the new Digital Workplace Services and development of communication measures together with the Product Owner
- Supporting the introduction of new services as part of the transformation process
- Responsible for maintaining the end user SharePoint/Social Intranet to provide relevant information regarding the use of the new services. Close cooperation with the ACM and communication team
- Creation and optimization of end-user communications, newsletters, manuals and documentation
- Supporting the creation of an early adopter community regarding the introduction of new solutions
**Qualifications**
- Degree in information technology such as media informatics, computer science or business informatics
- Use of Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote)
- Use of iPhone and/or Android smartphones and tablets
- Knowledge of end user communication and design thinking
- Business fluent in German and English

- Talent in visual and textual presentation of information for different target groups
- Enthusiasm for Microsoft cloud technologies, mobility and new media
- Ability to work in a team, willingness to work, initiative, as well as an independent and structured way of working
- Enthusiasm for working in a global and intercultural environment
- Very good communication skills, both written and verbal
