**Your Role**
We are looking for a Consumer Insights Expert (M/F/d) to work closely with product and business leaders to provide the best possible consumer insights.

You will be involved in developing and conducting quantitative analysis as well as client presentations to share consumer insights on specific topics. Your role will be critical in gaining consumer and client insights to develop specific client projects and business decisions.

Your projects will enable us to better understand our customers and explore new products and categories that will help us create better experiences and serve our customers better.

**_ What you will do_**
- Plan, develop and provide actionable insights aligned with SCI EAME agenda with information about targeted consumer groups & their needs and desires
- Deliver holistic consumer understanding by executing consumer research to meet internal and external Symrise client needs
- Manage consumer research activities to support strategic innovation projects
- Develop SCI competence on consumer data collection and management including best practices in consumer data and agency collaboration
- Represent SCI on customer presentations on sharing consumer insights on specific topics
- Engage in regular exchange with members of SCI team and continuously develop current best practices and research methodologies
- Achieve goals and objectives for own tasks and projects
- Deliver high Quality of data, analysis and reports including actionable insights
- Increased knowledge of sensory & consumer research tools and methods

**About You**
- University degree in Sensory/Consumer Science, Psychology or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the FMCG industry or market research agency
- Good knowledge in Consumer Research methodologies, Statistical knowledge
- Being a team player
- Well organized and flexible style of working
- Good project management and communication skills
- Presentation & Audience Handling Skills
- Managing priorities and workload
- Fluency in English
