Financial Controller

- Take ownership of the profit and loss (P&L) management for our operative companies
- Implement effective cost controlling measures per cost center and challenge team leaders to optimize costs
- Establish budgets for the operative companies and ensure adherence to the approved budgets
- Monitor and control the allocation and utilization of capital expenditures (capex) across the organization
- Implement robust construction cost control measures to ensure efficient use of resources
- Report and analyze the profitability of our parks to meet the expectations of our investors
- Prepare and present accurate and timely investor and management reports
- Providing and presenting relevant analysis and insights to facilitate effective decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize financial operations

- Possess a Master's degree in Corporate Finance or a related field
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar financial controller or finance management position
- Proficient in utilizing tools and data-driven approaches for financial analysis and reporting
- Demonstrated culture fit within the organization, including alignment with our values and goals
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to draw meaningful insights from financial data
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey financial information to stakeholders
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
